Your Czech work keeps moving, even with nobody on your payroll here.

Your company has real activity in Czechia and no one here to look after it. You first agree the monthly scope and what I may do on your behalf. Then I make the calls and attend the appointments until each open item is closed. The scope has limits, and when the work outgrows them I tell you.

Who this is for

  • You are a foreign SME with Czech customers, Czech suppliers or a small subsidiary here
  • Your company has a registered Czech entity and no staff yet
  • A market entry project is ending, and someone has to carry on the work
  • One manager abroad covers Czechia for your group part-time

What I handle

These lines become your written scope, confirmed before any work starts.

  • One person handling your Czech matters, who gets to know how your company works over time
  • Czech-language contact with your suppliers, customers and the authorities
  • Follow-up on open items, such as a quote that never arrived or a disputed invoice
  • Appointments attended in Czech on your behalf
  • Filings and correspondence collected in one place, with a warning before each deadline
  • Your employees in Czechia supported under the same arrangement
  • A written report each month, with stuck items and pending decisions marked

What I do not do myself

  • Acting as your statutory director, the person legally authorised to act for the company, or as your legal representative, or signing for you. Legal matters go to a partner lawyer.
  • Payroll, bookkeeping and tax filings. I coordinate them, and a tax adviser or accountant does the work.
  • Sales targets or any promise of commercial results
  • Unlimited volume. The retainer, your monthly arrangement with me, covers an agreed scope, and I tell you when it no longer fits.
  • A guarantee of any authority's decision or processing time

What you prepare

Some steps only you can take. Better to know them before you decide.

  • Name one person on your side who can make decisions, so the work does not stall
  • Agree in advance what I may commit to on your behalf
  • Share the background I need to speak credibly for you
  • Read the monthly report and decide the points marked in it

How it runs

Step by step, in the order it happens.

  1. 01

    Scope

The monthly scope and my authority come first. You also name who on your side decides what.

  2. 02

    Handover

You hand over your contacts and open items, together with their history.

  3. 03

    Ongoing work

I handle local communication and admin in Czech for you, and follow each open item until it closes.

  4. 04

    Monthly report

A written report arrives each month. It is also the moment to check whether the scope still matches the workload.

Questions about this service

How is this different from a part-time employee?

An employee needs an entity, payroll and someone to manage them, and the job stays when the work drops. The desk has no fixed structure like that, so the scope changes when the workload does. If the work turns genuinely full-time, hiring is usually better, and I'll tell you so.

Can you sign or make commitments for my company?

Only within limits you set in writing at the start. By default I communicate and coordinate, but I don't bind you to anything. If something needs authority I don't have, I tell the other side plainly.
