VALTIER

How it works

A complex process, run simply.

The same four steps whether you are one person applying for residence or a company opening a Czech entity.

What happens in each step

  1. 01

    Understand

Your situation, the constraints on it and what has to be true first.

The intake takes two short steps and asks for no documents. It exists so the first real conversation starts from something concrete rather than from scratch.

  2. 02

    Plan

Scope, sequence and fee in writing before work begins.

You receive what is included, what is not, what it costs, what we need from you and roughly how long each stage takes. Where a situation needs a judgement call first, we propose a paid initial consultation rather than guessing.

  3. 03

    Execute

Documents, appointments and local communication, handled in Czech.

Documents are requested once, in the order that keeps the timeline intact. Appointments are booked and prepared. Offices, landlords, notaries and specialists are dealt with in Czech, by us.

  4. 04

    Track

Progress, requests and deadlines in one place.

Your case lives in the Valtier Portal: what is done, what is outstanding, what is waiting on a third party and what comes next.

Initial consultation

When a situation needs a judgement call first.

Not every question can be answered from a form. Where yours genuinely needs assessment before a scope can be defined, we offer a paid initial consultation with a written next-step summary — so you leave with something usable either way.

Initial Consultation

1,900 CZK

A 40-minute consultation and a written summary of the next step.

For situations that need a judgement call before a scope of work can be defined.

Common questions

What does Valtier help with?

We coordinate the practical side of building, moving or operating in Czechia: business setup, residence and mobility administration, relocation, market entry, partner and supplier search, and ongoing local operations for international companies. We organise the process, prepare and track documents, communicate locally on your behalf and keep the progress visible.

Do you provide legal advice?

No. Valtier provides administrative support, coordination, case management and business support. We are not a law firm or a tax advisory firm. Where a matter requires regulated professional advice — legal, tax or accounting — we work with appropriately qualified Czech specialists and coordinate that part of the process for you.

Can I use Valtier before arriving in Czechia?

Yes — and that is usually the better moment. Most of the sequencing decisions that cause delays are made before departure. We work with clients in any country and communicate by email, video call and through the Valtier system.

Do you work with international companies?

Yes. Company clients are a core part of what we do — market entry, company formation, corporate mobility for employees, supplier and partner search, and the Czech Operations Desk for companies that need a local presence without building a local team.

Which languages do you support?

English, Korean and Czech. Your case can run in one language while local communication happens in another — that is often exactly the point.

Tell us what you need in Czechia.

A short intake — two steps, no documents. We read every one and reply with the realistic next step, including when that step is not us.
