About these terms

This website is run under the name Valtier Partners ("Valtier", "we") by Hanyoung Cho, sole trader (OSVČ), IČO 19640366, Tůmova 1336/4, Košíře, 150 00 Praha 5, Czech Republic, registered in the Trade Licensing Register (živnostenský rejstřík).

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover any engagement between you and Valtier. An engagement is governed by a separate written agreement that confirms the scope, including deliverables, and the price.

What is published here is general information about Czechia and about our services. It is not legal or tax advice, nor immigration or accounting advice, and it must not be relied on in place of advice on your own situation.

Rules and fees change, and so do processing times and administrative practice. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or up to date at any given moment.

Scope of services

Valtier provides administrative support, coordination, relocation assistance, business support, market research and communication support. Valtier is not a law firm and not a tax or accounting practice, and it does not provide regulated professional advice.

When a matter needs regulated professional advice, we work with suitably qualified external specialists and coordinate that part of the process.

No guaranteed outcomes

Decisions of public authorities are outside our control. We do not guarantee the outcome of any application or registration, nor of any other administrative procedure, and we do not guarantee its timing either.

Intellectual property

Everything on this website belongs to Valtier unless stated otherwise, including the design and the brand elements. None of it may be reproduced commercially without permission.
