- Residence & MobilityGet your first Czech residence permit or renew the one you have. I prepare the application, book the appointments and keep the deadlines. On days the office needs you in person, I come with you.
- Employee CardStart work in Czechia on an Employee Card, or change employer without losing your status. I split the documents between employer and employee and prepare you for the appointment.
- RelocationSettle into Czechia with the local tasks already under way. The flat, address registration, insurance, banking, utilities and school enquiries are handled for you.
- Trade Licence (živnost)You can start invoicing in Czechia as a sole trader. I match your work to the right trade, file the notification and finish the tax and insurance registrations.
- Business SetupYou get a Czech company registered in the right order. You bring the founder documents. I book the notary and file with the Commercial Register.
What only you can do
I prepare these steps with you. Taking them is still your part.
- Documents from abroadSome documents are only issued in your home country. You get a list of what to request and where.
- Appearing in personBiometrics and some appointments need you there yourself. You hear which ones before you book travel.
- Bank checksA bank verifies your identity with you directly, so please stay reachable for that step.
- ChangesIf your address, employer or family situation changes, tell me straight away.

When your case begins, I open a client portal account for you. You see your own requests, documents, deadlines and updates there, and nobody else's.
What I do not do
- Legal adviceI am not a lawyer. If your case needs one, a partner lawyer takes that part.
- Tax and accountingA tax adviser or accountant handles these.
- DecisionsThe authority decides and sets its own timing. I cannot promise either.
- Jobs and housingI do not find you a job. I am not an estate agent, and I never hold your money.
- RemovalsPacking, freight and customs clearance are not included.
