I studied here, and I work in Korean, English and Czech.

When I arrived, I had to work out the offices and the paperwork on my own. I do this work so that people arriving now face less of that.

A government officeValtier is a sole trader (OSVČ) registered in Czechia. It is not a government office or a public body, and no authority has appointed it to work on its behalf.

DecisionsResidence permits and visas are issued by the Czech authorities, not by me. I do not guarantee their decisions. My part is preparing and translating your documents and keeping your dates. Where it helps, I interpret for you or go with you to the office.
Government feesI do not pay government or consular fees for you. You pay them yourself at the counter when you apply. The prices on this site pay for the work I do, on top of those fees.
Official informationThe Ministry of the Interior publishes the procedures and requirements free of charge at ipc.gov.cz. Anyone can check them there.
Filing in personA first application is filed in person. Your biometrics are taken at a separate appointment, which nobody can attend for you. Some steps, such as an extension, can be filed by someone else with a power of attorney (plná moc).
