Jak najít dodavatele v Česku
Jak sestavit shortlist dodavatelů, který obstojí v realitě.

The Czech supplier base is deep, especially in engineering, metalworking, plastics, electronics assembly and food production. The difficulty is not finding companies. It is finding the ones that will actually quote, at your volume, this year.
Define the disqualifiers first
A brief that only describes the ideal supplier produces a long, useless list. Write down what rules a company out: minimum order quantity, certifications you must have, tooling you cannot pay for, lead times you cannot accept.
Verify before you approach
- Is the company actually trading, or is it a dormant registration?
- Does the size match the volume you need — both directions matter.
- Do they already serve your industry, or would you be their first?
- Is there any sign of the certifications you require?
Approach in Czech, properly
A cold English email to a Czech SME production manager has a low response rate. The same message in Czech, with a clear introduction of who you are and a specific, answerable question, performs very differently. So does a phone call.
Qualify before you fly
Every meeting on a sourcing trip should already have a reason to exist. Two well-qualified visits beat eight speculative ones, and the shortlist should include the honest negatives: who declined, who was too busy, who quoted outside your range.
